As well as putting on shows in well known clubs such as The Marquee Club, The Mean Fiddler in Soho and The Greyhound in Fulham among others, he has also promoted, staged, and arranged music for The London Palladium with headlining acts such as Matt Monro, the great comedian Max Wall and The Palladium's original compare Tommy Trinder among others.

In December 1989, on the occasion of the summit between President Bush and President Gorbachov in Malta, Hadaway's HHO, in association with the Malta Labour Party, held a concert to promote world peace entitled 'Give Peace A Chance' featuring acts such as Chris De Burgh, Leo Sayer, Aswad, Amii Stewart and Heatwave.

Hadaway produced many hit records for various well known acts such as The Sandpipers (of Quantanamera fame), The Rockin Berries (He's In Town fame), Lyn Paul (of New Seekers), Mr Big (Romeo fame), Neil Christian, Neon Hearts, Kenny Lynch, Jimmy Tarbuck, Frankie Vaughan, Kathy Kirby, Connie Francis, Norman Wisdom and last but not least 'The Birdie Song' by The Tweets, which sold over 1.6 million copies in the UK alone. During 1981-1982 Mr Hadaway was one of the top three record producers in the UK.

Whilst Satril Records focused on releasing dance and pop music, Hadaway created Crash Records to release rock music. The company, and Mr Hadaway, have received over 13 Platinum, Gold and Silver discs.
